Our agency came to life from a family endeavor, and as such, we feel empowered and proud to offer our patients the same respect, love, and compassion that we bring into our very own homes.
Caring Is Our Passion! Searching for the best possible care for your loved ones can be a daunting process, but it is the only deserving thing to do! Here at Melchor’s Humanity Healthcare, we seek to provide everyone in need of healthcare the promise of professionality and experience through years of hard smart work in the field of medicine. Let us take care of you!
We currently accept up to six different insurance coverages and are working to build up to more in the near future; one of our missions is to extend our care to those in need and that is why we are here for you today.
Melchor's healthcare services help people with disabilities live at home in the community.
Many children with disabilities rely on care plans that are individualized for them and the services they need. A plan of care often includes services that Medicaid covers for children, such as physical, occupational, speech therapy, and more.
Many of them struggle with a chronic illness or a disability (such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Mental Retardation, Prader Willi Syndrome, Spina Bifida, and more). The objective is to provide the best wellness and support for families and persons with disabilities, with the hope to improve their quality of life and give the outstanding care that our patients require. Agency services also include home-care based services such as home health aides, personal care services, and respite care.
We can provide long-term care services for you or your family.
Healthcare is often given by those closest to the ones in need of it, however, informal caregivers can be limited by a lack of time and also to a limited skill set that only years of experience can teach you. Family caregivers don’t have the proper tools or are not trained in this area; the children of elderly needing care may have difficulty dealing with bathing their parents, or cleaning messy bottoms.
Another problem may be handling behavior caused through dementia or depression. Melchor’s Humanity Healthcare’s services are almost always provided in the home of the recipient or the home of a family member or friend. Home care may, under certain circumstances, be offered in other settings, such as group homes or independent retirement communities. Here are only some of the activities provided by or supervised by our family caregivers:
